What you will do
Ship customer-facing product across the stack.
Set engineering standards and make pragmatic architecture decisions.
Partner with design, product, and GTM on fast iteration loops.
Improve reliability, observability, and deployment workflows as the product scales.

Strong product engineering instincts and comfort working in ambiguity.
Experience shipping full-stack systems in production.
Clear written communication and high ownership.
