Terms of Service
These terms govern access to Rebound AI products and APIs (Pulse, Command, Fortress). Enterprise customers may have an MSA that supersedes these terms. By using the service, you agree to be bound by them.
Eligibility & accounts
You must be 18+ and authorized to bind your organization. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
Acceptable use
You will not use the service to develop or operate AI systems that violate applicable law, including prohibited applications under the EU AI Act (Article 5).
You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent, or impair the integrity of the audit ledger or the cryptographic guarantees we provide to other customers.
Customer data & confidentiality
Customer data remains the customer\u2019s property. We process it under written instruction. Confidentiality obligations survive termination for five years (perpetually for trade secrets).
Service levels
Command tier carries a 99.9% monthly uptime SLA with service credits. Fortress SLAs are negotiated per deployment. Status is published at status.Rebound.ai.
Fees & taxes
Fees are billed per the order form. Taxes are the customer\u2019s responsibility unless otherwise stated. Late payments accrue interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law.
Warranty disclaimer & liability
The service is provided \u201cas is.\u201d Aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the prior twelve months. Indirect, consequential, and punitive damages are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Termination
Either party may terminate for material, uncured breach within 30 days of written notice. Customer data is exportable for 90 days after termination, then deleted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes are resolved in the state and federal courts of New York County.
